Payment and Billing
What forms of payment is accepted for orders taken online?
Coaching From Cinfully Twisted accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal
When will your credit card account be charged?
Online orders will be charged immediately upon purchase. IF your online order is such that it has a payment plan you will be billed your first installment immediately and the balance of the payments will be made every 30 days as indicated in the purchase plan.
For mentoring programs, once you have spoken to the mentor and personalized plan has been created for you, your payment information will be taken, and your payment will be processed. In the cases where payment plans have been created, your initial payment will be taken at that time and the payment plan set up for the balance to be paid out in equal payments every 30 days until balance has been satisfied.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will show Coaching From Cinfully Twisted.
Sales Tax
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
Sales tax will be applied to Florida residents only.
Security
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes. Your shopping experience is completely safe. All of your important information, such as credit card number and name is encrypted at the point of you entering it. This encryption process takes all of your personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the internet. We use a third-party processer that is fully secure with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
Refund/Exchange Policy
For one on one Mentoring programs, there are no refunds after the first session has been held and completed. If you wish to cancel your mentoring agreement it must be done within 3 days of signing the agreement unless other wise stated in your customized mentoring agreement.
Digital only products, physical returns are not possible. Due to the fact you cannot physically return your purchase; we will honor refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase by giving you a “store” CREDIT to apply to any future purchases. In order to redeem your credit on a purchase you will contact our offices and we will process your order over the phone utilizing your credit on file.
Transforming Selling To Serving, and other hybrid programs that include not only digital materials but additional support have the first 7 days to request a full refund. Please be aware, if your refund request is beyond the 7 days of “ownership”, you will be given a credit to be applied to another program or session here at Coaching From Cinfully Twisted, you will be held responsible for any outstanding balances to be paid in full.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. You agree to these terms and agree to not charge-back for any products or programs you purchase. You agree with all payment plans & agree to pay it in full. Should any adjusted financial arrangement be necessary you can contact us at Support@Cinfullytwisted.com. We are graciously happy to work with you.
Coaching & Consulting Terms & Conditions
Mentoring services are non-refundable for any reason and includes, but are not limited to online programs, private VIP days, bonus days and coaching programs.
It is agreed and understood that should Client deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made. Suspension of Services does not release Client from responsibility for fulfilling contractual payment obligations.
By accepting the terms and agreements of the program you have chosen, you have authorized Coaching From Spirit to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth in your payment plan. If you have chosen a payment plan, you authorize our company to make all charges at the time they are due and do not require separate authorization in order to do so. By completing your first payment in any mentoring agreement, we will consider you have accepted these terms of services and you agree to refrain from making any charge backs to our account or to cancel your credit card that is provided as security for future payments without informing the offices of Coaching From Spirit in writing prior to doing so.
You agree that you will be held responsible for any fees (including billable hours by employees to handle such occurrences) associated with recouping payment on charge backs and any collection fees associated therewith.
Digital Program Purchase Terms & Conditions
When making your purchase online, you are indicating that you are accepting these purchase terms. You are also agreeing to Coaching From Spirit to bill your payment method accordingly to the payment plan chosen at the time of purchase. Monthly Payment plans do not require separate authorization to bill payment method on file to meet plan payment details provided.
As noted above all digital program purchases are billed immediately. As noted above all digital programs are non-refundable but if you are unhappy in any way you can request a “store” CREDIT within 30 days of your purchase to be used at a later date.
By completing any program orders, we will consider you have accepted these terms of services and you agree to refrain from making any charge backs to our account or to cancel your credit card that is provided as security for future payments without informing the offices of Coaching From Spirit in writing prior to doing so.
You agree that you will be held responsible for any fees (including billable hours by employees to handle such occurrences) associated with recouping payment on charge backs and any collection fees associated therewith.
Returned Check/Credit Card Fees
There will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks or declined credit card per incident. If payment is not made within 5 days of due date, a $50 service fee will be added.
